Emotional Wellbeing Workshops

We’re here all year round with free, welcoming spaces where no one has to walk alone. Through shared stories and practical tools, we help you heal, find inner strength, and build lasting resilience.

Ripple Bands Fundraiser

We handcraft each band with 9 beads to honor the 9 Australian lives lost to suicide daily. Wearing this band helps break the silence, funding local relief and turning kindness into life-saving ripples.
